Throughout the history of this lab, both in Miami and Cleveland, our studies of ocular motor dysfunction required a steady supply of patients with all types of motility disorders. They have been, and continue to be, supplied by the many referring physicians in both those localities and throughout the United States and other countries. In return for the opportunity to study their patients, we supply the referring physicians with ocular motor diagnoses and suggest the therapies with the highest probability of success in each case. The contribution of referring physicians to our research effort has, therefore, been essential. We are indebted to the many unnamed sources of patient material and thank them.
